By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services

Mindrive provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Google Ads Management
• Meta & Social Media Advertising
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• PPC Campaign Management
• Lead Generation Funnel Development
• Analytics & Conversion Tracking Setup

Specific scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in written agreements or proposals shared with clients.

2. Payments & Fees

Service fees are agreed upon before project initiation. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Marketing management fees are non-refundable once services begin.
• Advertising budgets (Google, Meta, etc.) are separate from agency fees.
• Late payments may result in campaign pause or termination.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we implement proven marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue figures, or ROI outcomes.

Performance depends on market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, and other external factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond promptly to required approvals
• Maintain compliance with advertising platform policies
• Ensure legal compliance of products/services promoted

5. Intellectual Property

Marketing creatives, ad copies, and strategic frameworks developed by Mindrive remain intellectual property of Mindrive unless otherwise agreed.

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, website, and business data.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business strategies, advertising data, and proprietary information shared during collaboration.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mindrive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid within the preceding 30 days.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for changes in their policies, algorithm updates, account suspensions, or external disruptions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per contractual agreement terms.

Outstanding dues must be cleared before termination is finalized.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.

11. International Clients

Mindrive operates from Mohali, Punjab, India and serves clients across Chandigarh, India and international markets including USA, UK, Canada and UAE.
